Fiddler’s Inn Bed and Breakfast

This historic home, now the Fiddler’s Inn Bed & Breakfast, was built in 1912, the same year that New Mexico became a State and the same year the Titanic set sale. It wasn’t until 1918 that Carlsbad officially became a city. At that time, Carlsbad was known for being one of the earliest settlements in New Mexico with fire hydrants on every corner and residential electricity. It was a bustling community with over 12,000 cottonwood trees lining the streets of downtown.

Our beautiful Inn boasts four luxury suites perfect for couples, families and the traveling executive looking for a home-away-from-home. Breakfast is served two-doors-down at the world-renowned Blue House Bakery and Café. During summer months, we host live music in the lovely, spacious garden courtyard where you can enjoy a smooth glass of wine or a local beer from Milton’s Brewery and hear musicians from all over the country perform country, jazz, blues and other genres.
